3 simple steps to change to English:

(Would work ONLY if you have let Origin update the game to the latest version first!)

1. Download the English language pack. Copy & Paste both files to:

C:\Program Files\Origin Games\ BATTLEFIELD 3 \Data\Win32\Loc

2. Download update-en-20130305.zip. Unpack the archive in:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 3

3. Download reg.rar, extract and run the file to switch the game to English.

Update December 3: The new Battlefield 3 patch will put your game into a state where it shows only energy bars when you start the game. This can be fixed easily by downloading the update patch. Simply download and place the downloaded files into your Battlefield 3 installation folder.
