Q: I did not recieve my key instantly after purchase. What should i do?

G2PLAY: First of all check your order status after purchase. If your order status is "processed" then the key was sent to your email in your profile and is also attached to your order details. You can view it at any time again in the future. If your order status is "Queued" then it means its waiting for Admin approval to get processed. Do not hesitate and send us email to g2playshop@gmail.com to speed up admin verification.

Q: My recieved key is not working. What should i do?

G2PLAY: No need to panic. Reasons why your key might not be working can be several. Read again the product description. Make sure you have activated the key as described. If its still not working then send email to sales@g2play.net along with a screenshot of the error you are experiencing and with short description. Our support is available daily for 12 hours including weekend. You will get a quick response to your problem.

Q: Why do you offer many retail cd keys without download links? Why dont you have all games on Steam?

G2PLAY: Its really hard to comment on this. But it comes mainly from the publishers distribution policy. If they release retail boxes that enable product registration on Steam then we have it! (See Ut3, Empire TW, WAR DoW 2 etc.). But so far most of releases are - non digital. They usualy issue CD Keys for Steam separatley without any chance for these keys to get to the open market.

As for retail CD Keys you an be sure that when you get the CD Key from G2PLAY that you are getting one from an original retal box. Secondly most of new releases require online activation and our CD Key enables you to pass it without the need to install and apply cracks. Also by the laws you are allowed to have back up copy of your game burned on any medium. So when it comes to legality you are probably on the edge but you are definitley not beyond it.

Q: Do you offer any more discounts and how much?

G2PLAY: Yes we offer further discounts to Premium Members and to classic resellers. Upon your registration - or at any time in the future - you can sign up for an upgrade of your account. To activate our key via EA simply download for free the official EA Download Manager, create a new Electronic Arts account or login into your existing account, click Activation and enter your product key.

  Ncsoft Master Account: Log in into your existing Ncsoft Master Account or create a new one. Activateyour key and download the game! 

   Nintendo Points:  Use Nintendo Points to download exclusive software and content for the Wii console or Nintendo DSi system from the Wii Shop Channel and the Nintendo DSi Shop. oftware and content downloaded from the DSi Shop can only be used with the Nintendo DSi system.   Back up CD Key: This product might show ideal for gamers with the original CD/DVD of the game but there CD-KEY was banned, stolen etc. Please note that the publisher of the game might not support direct digital download of the game from its website / servers.   No Steam: The key cannot be activated via Steam but only through the game integrated multiplayer.
