🚀 How to Activate Your Claude Subscription
After your purchase, you will receive a redeem code together with a secure redemption link.
Open the provided link and enter your code. You will then be guided through the activation process to link the subscription to your Claude account.
🔐 Account Authentication
During activation, you may be asked to provide a temporary Claude session key.
The temporary session key is used only to authenticate your Claude account and link the purchased subscription to it. You do not need to provide your Claude password.
Please follow the instructions shown on the redemption page carefully and complete each step until the subscription is successfully linked to your account.
🪪 Claude Identity Verification (KYC)
Claude may occasionally require identity verification (KYC) before the subscription can be fully activated, especially if identity verification has not previously been completed on your account.
If Claude displays an identity-verification request during activation:
- Complete the verification directly through Claude.
- After the verification is approved, return to the activation process and continue.
- If the subscription does not appear immediately, repeat the activation/reactivation steps shown on the redemption page.
⚠️ Important: Please make sure that the Claude account you are topping up belongs to you and that you are able to complete identity verification if Claude requests it. We cannot bypass or complete Claude's identity-verification process on your behalf.
