Apex Legends — Manual Account Top-Up

Receive the Coins or Battle Pass specified in your selected offer on your own Apex Legends account. This is an account top-up service, not a redeemable gift code.

REQUIRED INFORMATION
Please provide your EA account email address, password and 3 unused backup codes through the order's private delivery fields. We use these details to sign in and complete your top-up.

HOW TO FIND YOUR DETAILS
1. Sign in to your EA Account and open Account Information to check the email address linked to Apex Legends. Use your EA password, not your email inbox password.
2. Open Security and Privacy → Two-factor authentication (2FA). Turn on 2FA if it is not already enabled, and complete EA's verification steps.
3. Select View backup codes. Copy 3 different, unused codes exactly as displayed. Each code can be used only once.
4. Send the details for the EA account linked to the Apex profile you want topped up. For console players, check that the correct Xbox or PlayStation account is linked.

DURING DELIVERY
Stay signed out of the game and avoid changing your password or regenerating codes while the order is being processed. Incorrect details or used codes may delay delivery. After we confirm completion, check the top-up, change your EA password and regenerate your backup codes.

Never post your password or backup codes in public reviews. Do not provide your email inbox password. For Battle Pass offers, select the exact pass you need and ensure it is not already owned.
